Costs for logistics, data removal, technical and cosmetic assessment and possible disposal will always be charged, even if the final residual value is less than the processing costs incurred. In this case, the customer will still owe Circlewise a fee for all services rendered.
Devices that are defective and cannot be repaired will be recycled. Our partners have all (Weelabex) certification required by (NL and EU) laws and regulations in specific countries. Devices to be recycled also have residual value. Processing costs apply here as well.
The indicative residual value is related to indicated end date of validity of quotation, after that the value decreases (rapidly) per month. Specific periods such as holidays can affect the value. Indicative residual value is based on lifetime condition and normal use, final residual value may be lower and higher based on final technical and cosmetic assessment in Circlewise's Value Lab.
All devices (and especially laptops) should have adapters.
Devices with a lock (MDM, (BIOS) passwords, Find my Iphone) cannot be processed. Processing costs (including registration and logistics) will be charged.
Insurance during transport and in our Value Lab to be arranged by customer (2nd location stock).
Our fine print
Each device received at the Value Lab will be recorded and if a product cannot be processed (due to defective, lock or incomplete), the same processing fee for disposal will be charged.
Devices for collection must be at the customer's premises on the first floor, close to the loading/unloading area and with pallet access (1.2 meter wide entrance) on agreed date and time. If appliances are not ready, additional charges may apply.
If there are special requirements for our carriers, this should be made clear by customer prior to collection.
All data is deleted from received devices with ADISA-certified software.
At the completion of each project, a report is prepared listing all devices turned in, data removal, grading and recycling by device.
All prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T. and in Euro.
