Based on your info (Excel sheet, CMDB, photos and/or overviews) we give a first indication based on average user damage in the market. Of course we do not yet know the technical condition of the used devices, we will have to test them.
Testing can be done onsite or in our Value Lab in ''s-hertogenbosch. This assessment (grading) determines the residual value very accurately and gives a value for direct sales and a (higher estimated) value if we use your used equipment through our optimization of sales channels.
In general, we have the highest residual value for you because we do not buy up any equipment ourselves, we sell to end-users on your behalf and therefore skip the middlemen for a large part. All sales profits are for our customers, minus our commission of course.
Instructions for safe and damage-free transportation will be given to you via email or phone. Then the equipment will be picked up by our carrier and taken to our Value Lab where all equipment received will be registered piece by piece.
Circlewise wants to create as much value for you as possible. Therefore we do not buy used devices (like brokers do, at often the lowest possible price), we sell for you. Our goal is the highest possible residual value and for that we have many partnerships and deliver to end users. The full sales price goes to you, minus the services provided for data removal and grading and a commission for sales optimization through various channels.
When you receive your money depends on the sales strategy you choose. Reselling everything in one batch to a company yields faster money but not always the highest value. Therefore, if we have 3 months of optimization through unit sales to end users agreements, it may take up to 3 months.
Our payout period after sales is 21 days.
Refurbished is actually (mostly cosmetically) refurbishing used equipment. A new screen or keyboard and perhaps a new battery. Remanufactured laptops undergo a 5-hour testing process and must meet the BSI Kitemark standard that requires remanufuctured products to perform as well if not better than new products.
In addition, companies need larger quantities and equal laptops. Remanufactured can be supplied in batches of equal laptops.
When you purchase remanufactured HP, Dell or Lenovo laptops through our subscription model, you'll receive a replacement model (like for like) at no additional cost at any time throughout the term if you have a defect.
Our Main Office is located in s-Hertogenbosch in the Grasso factory. Our Value Lab is located opposite these offices in the Grenko halls. We also have a sales office in Paris for the French market.
